Karoline Skuseth is a curator and cultural organizer working at the intersection of performing arts, discourse and social spaces. She has been with BIT Teatergarasjen for over a decade and previously served as interim artistic and managing director. With a background in theatre studies from the University of Bergen and the Institut für Angewandte Theaterwissenschaft in Giessen, her work engages with experimental performance and non-normative artistic practices. She is also a musician, writer, and member of the artist collective WALK OF SHAME (WOS), exploring alternative formats for artistic encounters.

With experience in both artistic and organizational work, Gulli Sekse offers expertise in project development, networking, dramaturgy, curation, and artistic strategy.
